What is Return Policy?

You may return most products purchased. Most items may be returned with 1 month of receiving the item. However we aren't the main seller and you must contact and/or refer to an original sellers terms for returns individually.

How soon will I receive a refund on a returned item?

Bulky Items Delivered by Specialty Carriers

In order to return a heavy or bulky item that has been delivered by way of specialty carrier (e.g., CEVA, ABF, Pilot), proceed to the Online Returns Center. The Returns Center will guide you throughout the returns process and may require you to contact our specialized support service team, which will schedule the pickup of your item.

Note: Please do not refuse the delivery of the item. To assure the return and refund are processed correctly.

UPS Pickups

As soon as you request a UPS pickup, UPS will send a driver to your address with your shipping label within 1-5 business days. Make sure you've described the defect, damage, or error highlight that inside the returned package. If the original packaging still is available, return an item in this particular packaging.
